Our first-class facilities are made entirely of stainless steel and sustain high quality standards.

We only make garlic paste during the 3 months of the year when raw materials reach their highest quality. This strategy allows us to use only the finest produce to achieve optimum physical, chemical, and sanitary conditions.

Garlic paste: 98 %
Citric acid: 1.15 % (pH regulation)
Water: 0.85% (to dissolve the citric acid)
